The most common indoor allergies would be dust mites and fungi. The dust mites live on pillows, in your carpet, and any place that holds dust. People that has have indoor allergies are most likely to be allergic to dust mites, but it’s not the dust mites themselves that there allergic too, it’s the dust mites feces. The proteins and the combination of feces and shed skin is what cause the allergic reaction.

• Seasonal Allergies

Seasonal allergies are an allergic reaction that only happens at a certain part of the year.

During certain times of the year some people get allergies usually when outdoor molds release their spores, grasses, and weeds release tiny pollen particles into the air to fertilize the other plants. Trying to avoid outdoor allergies can be very difficult, and may include having to change the things you want do during these allergic times, which can be very inconvenient.

Pet dander primarily consists of animal hair and dean skin.

Dogs, cats, birds, horses, hamsters, etc., Are all very common sources to pet dander allergies. Although most people do not want to get rid of their pets, there is a way you can control these allergies. Simply frequent cleaning, and vacuuming on a weekly basis will help control the pet dander allergies.
